O.K., we've all been there. This is the brutal side of the sport but, hey, that's part of what makes it what it is. If it were easy and safe everybody would be doing it and there wouldn't be anything special about it.

I've always particularly liked that t-shirt that shows a guy going over the bars and it says "If you've done one of these you're a real rider." The nature of the sport is about constantly pushing your boundaries which at some point in time is going to result in that trip over the bars and if you've never experienced it you're not really riding, you're just puttin' around.
